Photographer: Michael DillaI`m based in Oelde in the North West of Germany. Working as a Financial Planner my passion is photographing landscapes & people.
In my early years I had different types of cameras, but my work wasn`t very professional. Now at the age of 41 and with the possibilities of the digital era I follow the ways of some really fascinating light painters. Inspired by famous Galen Rowell or Henri Cartier-Bresson but also by young and modern Marc Adamus, Joey Lawrence or Alexandre Dechaumes I try to find a way that combines the modern possibilities and classical elements.
It`s fantastic to show a perfect landscape world at a time when people begin to save what they disturbed before. We all know that the climate change is working against us. The modern landscape photographer shows why it is important to save the nature.
We all live in a modern world and with my city views I want to show this world in an equal way.
I want to thank my wife Steffi and my two daughters Alina & Hannah for giving me the time that I need for the realisation of this fascinating hobby. I love you three!
